If our online service does not ship to your country, you can send your complete order to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will review your request.
Orders are sent by the shipping companies Bpost, GLS and DPD up to 48 hours after we receive your order, business days from 8am to 18pm. Please take note that the shipping time must be extented to 72 hours during sales.
It is possible to request your order to be send to another address, as long as it is within the same country, you can have your package delivered to a neighbor or your workplace. You can add a new address via your customer account.
If the person is not at the indicated address to receive the package at the time of delivery, the shipping company will bring the package to the nearest parcel shop and advise you with a delivery notification.
You will receive the tracking number for your package by email as soon as your order is shipped.
We cover shipping costs unless it is a return, then it is the buyer’s responsibility. In case of a defective product or an error on our part, we will refund them.
