When you have chosen an item, add it to your shopping bag, click on “place order”, accept the terms and conditions, select the payment method and confirm your order. You will then receive a confirmation email. The order will be processed within 48 to 72 working hours after the order validation.
For technical and logistical reasons, an order can’t be modified or cancelled.
Just go to our online store https://www.jn-joy.com/en/ > click on the item of your choice > select your size > add the article to your shopping bag > place your order > and insert your code in the box “You have a voucher?”. The amount will automatically be deducted from your order.
